Piles are a 3 piece indie rock outfit from (sort of) Boston. Piles are a 3 piece indie rock outfit from (sort of) Boston. Jordan and Jeff have been playing music since they were fourteen. Through many years of searching for the right sound, they naturally fell into their comfort zone. They both played in the band maleblood experimenting with odd time signatures and a more post rock feel. sticking to their roots but mixing in some pop and brutal harmonies, they have created this new and interesting monster. Kind of like a frankenstein.

As a musician, a writer, a monologist, a photographer, a graphic designer, and a "dude who puts on shows", Duncan has been honing his workaholic tendencies since 1995. Robby has released 13 albums but yet finds himself still working crappy day jobs in hopes that his manager/lawyer Tom Dustin can get his shit together and make something happen with his career. He has been living in the same tiny room in Allston Mass for the past five years and gets picked on constantly by his room-mate Mike Whitman.

Guns of Navarone formed in 2007. Since then we have been playing traditional Jamaican ska from the 1960's, rocksteady, and reggae music.

We play songs from: Desmond Dekker, Max Romeo, Lee Pery & the Upsetters, Toots & the Maytals, the Rulers, Tony Scott, Reggae Boys, the Jamaicans, Ken Boothe, Tony Tribe, the Skatalites, Alton Ellis, Justin Hinds and the Dominoes, the Paragons, Harry J. All Stars, Hortense Ellis, the Spanishtonians, Derrick Morgan, Stanley Beckford, Ba Ba Brooks Band, Rico Rodriguez, Laurel Aitken, Dandy Livingston, the Specials, Lord Brynner, and many more.

Our nine peice band is a high energy ensemble of talented musicians based largely out of Boston yet have members from Worcester to Rhode Island as well.

Our live shows are tons of fun. We get people dancing, singing, and having a great time. We are a true ska-rocksteady-reggae party band.
